The Symposium & Workshop occurred from Tuesday, November 30 through Thursday, December 2, 2010.
THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW RELATES TO AN EVENT THAT HAS ALREADY TAKEN PLACE.
The full Symposium & Workshop registration fee includes admission to the Plenary Session, technical sessions, short courses, exhibit hall, poster receptions, morning coffees, and lunches during the entire event. Symposium materials provided at check-in will include the final program agenda and an electronic program guide containing abstracts of all Symposium & Workshop technical, poster, and booth presentations. Speaker presentations and a final list of attendees will be made available to participants after the event.
A one-day registration fee includes admission to all Symposium events taking place on the day for which the attendee is registered. Symposium materials provided at check-in will include the final program agenda and an electronic program guide containing abstracts of all Symposium & Workshop technical, poster, and booth presentations. Speaker presentations and a final list of attendees will be made available to participants after the event.
Short courses will offer attendees unique training and the opportunity to earn professional development hours. There will be a materials fee for each short course. Please remember that attendance for short courses is limited and pre-registration is required, so be sure to register early.
Payment should be received prior to your arrival at the Symposium & Workshop. All registration fees must be paid before obtaining an attendee badge.
A list of pre-registered attendees will be available upon check-in at the Symposium & Workshop. To be included in this listing, you must register no later than Wednesday, November 17. To receive the final attendee list following the Symposium, you must include your e-mail address on your registration form.
The Symposium & Workshop will feature more than 450 posters, half of which will exhibit on Tuesday and the other half on Wednesday. A select group of booths offering information about funding opportunities in related research programs also will be on display both Tuesday and Wednesday. If you are unable to participate in the event but would like to tour the exhibits, you may do so free of charge on Tuesday or Wednesday between the hours of 12:30 and 4:00 p.m. Presenters will be on hand 12:30–1:45 p.m. If you plan to tour the exhibits, please register prior to the deadline.
Don’t forget to make your hotel reservations, if necessary, using the Location tab above. This registration page pertains only to your Symposium registration. Note to Army participants: A non-availability number is not required for conferences held in Washington, D.C.
All requests for refunds must be received in writing (via e-mail to serdp-estcp@noblis.org) before Advance Registration closes on November 17. The registration fee minus a $25 processing charge will be refunded. No refunds will be made after November 17. However, if you must cancel after this date, you may send a substitute.
