Environmental DNA Sampling for Species Detection
This guide is intended for managers and technicians that are first-time users of environmental DNA techniques. The focus is on species-specific detection; projects focused on whole ecosystem surveys (metabarcoding) may need to modify these guidelines. The guide was developed under ESTCP project, "Environmental DNA as a Tool for Inventory and Monitoring of Aquatic Vertebrates."
